Surrounded by the Worsectershire countryside, Evesham is known as 'The small town with a big heart and offers a fantastic range of things to see and do. The town has plenty of shops, places to eat and also houses the Almonry Museum which dates back to the 14th Century.
In the afternoon we then head a few miles outside of the town centre to 'The Valley' - Home to 22 outlet shops, a fabulous garden centre, 3 eateries and a steam railway all set against the backdrop of beautiful Worcestershire countryside.
For those wishing to take a nostalgic journey with some stunning views across the Vale of Evesham & Cotswold hills -The Evesham Vale Light Railway is a steam hauled narrow-gauge line that operates a mile long trip through fruit orchards and idyllic countryside. You can choose to simply sit back and enjoy the round trip or jump off half way to enjoy a walk and fantastic scenery before catching a later train back.
